Storage Max at University is a first class act. I’m very happy my sister and I decided to use them after my Mother passed that we were not ready to deal with. I’ve personally used quite a few indoor climate storage facilities. This one is so clean that it looks like it was built yesterday, not years ago. The management is so nice and helpful too. We used them a 2nd time when my sister sold her vacation house at Dauphin Island. She lives in VA and wasn’t ready to move her items yet so we went back to Storage Max at University. Wouldn’t consider anywhere else. If you are in need of indoor climate stoage, choose this Storage Max. You won’t be disappointed.

Safe, climate controlled and relatively cheap

All the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant! Refreshing to have people who care and do their job this day in age!

Brandy the manager of the facility was very pleasant as well as efficient. It didnt take long for us to get set up with a unit which was also clean and well kept.

This Storage Max facility is the nicest, cleanest, best managed facility in the state of Alabama! Five stars are not enough to rate then praise it deserves. The employees go out of their way to be helpful to all tenants. They are cheerful, respectful, extremely professional, and willing to go the “extra mile” to take care of your storage needs. Every time I stop by, they are cleaning, organizing or decorating for the season. Brandy and Ashlynn’s extra effort make for a pleasant and charming environment. It is a storage facility, however it looks like a professional office and is always warm and welcoming. A pleasure to do business with such a fine establishment. THANK YOU for all you do!!!!!
