Safe, affordable, and clean! The building is accessible by code only. I appreciate the easy access with covered unloading and trolleys for moving large items. I’ve also never had a rate increase! 🙌🏼

The staff @ StorageMax University are always courteous & helpful. The site is always clean with ample carts to use for transport. Thank you.

Stephanie and her team went beyond my expectations. I do not live in Mobile but she helped me ensure the clean out was done correctly. I can’t thank her enough for what she did for our family.

StorageMax on University has been a life-saver! Super friendly and helpful. The staff has gone above and beyond to assist us and explain everything. The units are all clean and the lighting inside is great. Highly recommend.

StorageMax University has been absolutely amazing to work with! I live in Illinois and needed storage in Mobile Alabama. Stephanie was responsive and polite every step of the way. She even stayed on the phone to assist me in completing the application, making sure I received exactly what I needed. Finally, I was able to help my daughter move into her storage unit and the units are clean and well maintained. I am very happy we chose StorageMax:) Kyle

I have been with Storage Max on University BLVD since 2012. They keep the buildings clean and I have never ever had any complaints. The Office Personnel are always friendly and go that extra mile to assist you with anything you need. I highly recommend using them for your storage needs.

I have used this storage facility for five years. It is always clean and neat. The attendants are professional and helpful.

Manager is very friendly and helpful. Facility is easy to access and clean. There are plenty of carts available for moving items in/out of units. The hallways are wide enough to easily move things in and out of the units. Overall very pleased with both the facility and service.

Just wanted to let everyone know, that Elizabeth at Storage Max on Old Jacksonville Hwy. is a great person to do business with. She has always been helpful in assisting me with all of my storage needs and greets me with a smile that will light up any room. Be sure to go by and see her for all of your storage needs .

Been with Storage Max for several years, Josh has been always friendly and accommodating in all transactions.

The absolute best in this business. Professional caring staff. Clean and climate controlled facility. I would not use another for my find items.

Easy to get I'm and out Great place

Storage Max at University is a first class act. I’m very happy my sister and I decided to use them after my Mother passed that we were not ready to deal with. I’ve personally used quite a few indoor climate storage facilities. This one is so clean that it looks like it was built yesterday, not years ago. The management is so nice and helpful too. We used them a 2nd time when my sister sold her vacation house at Dauphin Island. She lives in VA and wasn’t ready to move her items yet so we went back to Storage Max at University. Wouldn’t consider anywhere else. If you are in need of indoor climate stoage, choose this Storage Max. You won’t be disappointed.

Safe, climate controlled and relatively cheap

All the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant! Refreshing to have people who care and do their job this day in age!

Good management.

Brandy the manager of the facility was very pleasant as well as efficient. It didnt take long for us to get set up with a unit which was also clean and well kept.
